Hi i just bought the RAZER:Kraken pro v2.I registed it in razer id but when i try to activate my surround pro there is a *.I have read that i have to varificate the purchase by sending a picture of the receipt but i dont know where

That's not necessary. All you need to do is register the headset on Synapse and wait up to 14 days for the code to be sent to your email.
