Puzzling 12 fps low settings w/ RTX 3060 in Hitman III

Hi everyone, first time razer buyer here - I just got my razer blade pro today.
I have the 1440p RTX 3060 variant, and after booting it up initially I tried running Hitman III on it for the first time. However, I was very surprised to see 7fps averages in the benchmark test. Turning settings down, the best I can get is 12 fps. Considering there are reviewers online with these specs getting 55+fps, I'm left a bit confused.
My guess?: The integrated graphics are being used instead of the dedicated graphics. But how can I address this? Doesn't the laptop have smart switching between the graphics?
Right now I'm stuck with a gaming laptop that can't play Hitman III with potato settings, so I'm somewhat disappointed, but I'm willing to see if anyone can give me some advice.

Thanks!

Are others getting low framerates on their Blades?

Try to update all drivers, play around with synapse mode to maximize gpu performance and make sure it’s plugged on the wall, on battery power windows gaming laptops are useless for playing games. Yes there’s automatic gpu recognize system on windows feature but it is sometimes buggy due optimus or titles drivers support, in that case you can manually use nvidia gpu through nvidia control panel and select max performance nvidia gpu instead balance which let windows choose themselves.
Hope that help.
