Q : Disappointed by this brand

    I'm truly disappointed and sad about the razer and hopefully I will not buy another product with snakes on it.

    (( it has been almost 1 year since I got a Razer kaira pro, Don't get this all wrong The build quality , sound quality and the features are awesome But there are some really serious problems with it that all the users complain in here and reddit and 80% that I know of returned and swapped it with a better brand but I haven't seen a single reaction or response from razer officials .

    - The headset is getting glitchy and get's a heavy distortion randomly ( only on Xbox )

    - Heavy Deal breaker that can be fixed by a simple software tweak : (( The headset's mic is so sensitive that it picks up everything, I mean Everything! my friends can hear my neighbors conversations through my mic. (( is it some Kinda super spy tool feature ???? )))

    These two clearly are software problems and tweaking existing settings / replacing the headset with a new one / .... did not fix them.

    since this is the insiders portal : help me get to know this brand with the poll ( my first razer xp )
