Question about my hammerhead head true wireless pros and the audio app (android)

    So today my left hammerhead ear piece stopped working, after charging the whole case with the pods in them only the right one works. It was working fine just the night before. Tried use the audio app to see if I could fix anything but after numerous times of trying the app couldn't find my case even after re installing the app and re pairing the case on my phone. Possible fixes

    Is it possible for you to test it on another phone/device and check if it yields the same issue? Try isolating the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your device via PM. That way, I can take a closer look and help you further.
