  • I started only today and didn't play 2 days so I missed 8 hours, can I recover these hours or not?
  • There are many rewards, but it says the rewards are limited. So, if I reach 80 hours to redeem 15,000 silver, but the limit is 30 rewards with this prize, does it mean that if the other 30 teams have redeemed the prize, I cannot redeem that prize anymore?

1. You're unable to recover those hours.
2. You're not able to redeem that prize anymore as each prize only comes at a limited quantity, first-come-first-serve basis. We recommend that you redeem your prize as soon as possible once you earn enough gameplay time. All other terms and conditions governing Razer Cortex PC apply.
