    Hey everyone,
I've been meaning to get one of the new Blackwidow Chroma keyboards, and was originally intending to get the stealth edition as I tend to game later in the evening and prefer to be a bit quieter where I can. But I've noticed the Chroma stealth is showing as only available with a US key layout.

Does anyone know if there is likely to be UK layout coming at some point? My Blackwidow Ultimate (2012 edition) is serving me well so far, so I can wait.

And is anyone else interested in getting a UK layout / other non-US Blackwidow Chroma Stealth?

(Posted as a new thread because I couldn't find a thread this really fitted into)

Well the original BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth came in a UK layout, can't see why Razer wouldn't make one :D

Keep our fingers crossed I use a US layout and it's annoying having the @ in the wrong place xD

Not that we know of at the moment - the Razer BlackWidow Chroma Stealth is also currently a RazerStore exclusive product.

We do however have a UK layout of the BlackWidow Chroma.

OK thanks, I'll keep an eye out just in case, I am considering getting either just a normal UK Chroma or a Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth depending on how important I find the silent keys when it comes to upgrade time.

I can handle the @ key, after all I could just remap it at a software level (I touch type so don't need to worry about the symbol being different). It's more the 1 line enter key with a \ key where the top half of the enter key is that I struggle with, as I tend to hit that part of the key more.
  5. It's the missing pound sign and alt graphic key for me... Why is this a thing? Please can we have a UK layout? please?? I'm literally begging for this keyboard!

Well it doesnt really make a difference with US or UK layout other than the £ symbol, so it shouldnt be a deal breaker though LOL

It's not just the £ symbol - there's a few differences (see here). The thing I find most annoying is the small Enter button and the misplaced backslash key.
  8. Well, i gave in waiting... On the 24th i'll be the proud owner of a K70 RGB cherry mx brown. Yoop yoop!

Yeah, the same useless answer as always. We all know that diffrent Layouts are available for the normal one, but we hate noisy blue/green siwtches. Razer was the first big player with mec keyboards, but now razer miss the trend! One of the big pros of a mec is the choice, but their is no choice! Only US gamers get the choice!

More and more people buy other brands!

Give us Stealth for all Layouts or use the silent switches as standard!

Very disappointed this isn't coming as a UK edition!
Anyone found a keyboard similar with silent keys to get instead? UK edition obviously.

Razer also has rubber o-ring kits for sale that might help dampen the sound of another chorma keyboard with the UK layout your looking for. Don't know if it will be as quiet as the stealth though or effect the clicky tactile feed back of the keyboard. Any one tried it out?

Yeah, I think there was another thread about the o-rings. Apparently they don't dampen the sound very much.

I hope Razer release it soon or I might have to go with the Corsair as well... Is the Corsair any good?

The only difference between the two was only the damped sound and smaller size? Or there`s any other difference

    It's not smaller.

Then? As I know is smaller in size. What is the real differences?

I've been toying with the idea of getting a Chroma Stealth for a few weeks now but the lack of UK layout puts me off. I'm wondering if I should just go for the normal Chroma Keyboard and then get the Orbweaver Stealth to give me the more silent option for gaming?
