So I just got into the Razer Forum and I saw that I can get some Razer Silver by simply having a Razer mouse. I know that I wont be getting a lot of Razer Silver, but I got the Razer Viper Ultimate at the beginning of this year, so I wanted to know if this was something that I had to verify or if I had to buy the mouse straight off of Razer's site. On the topic of getting Razer Silver, could I also get some tips on how to earn Razer Silver Effectively? I've also heard that Razer Silver mining is another way that you can get Razer Silver, but when I tried it in the past, my McAfee antivirus acts up saying that there are two potential viruses that are embedded in the Razer Silver miner that I was using at the time (Gamma). With that said, my last question is, is there even such a thing as a safe Razer Silver mining app, or is Gamma safe and the "viruses" that were detected were just scripts to run the program and override some of window's default settings?

Getting silvers for having Razer mouse should be automatic if your device is registered to the same account (in Synapse) as your Insider account. You can also register it with your Razer ID account (if you haven't done it yet). If you still haven't received yet - try contacting Razer Insider mod.

AV software always detects some kind of danger when using mining software.
While it's safe (software), it can speed up wear of your GPU (high utilization, high temperature).

so while it does speed up the process of wear and tear, should that process be slowed down if I apply the correct amount of cooling, or is this wear and tear something that will happen inevitably? And with mining Razer Mining software being safe, can you suggest me a Razer Silver miner, or is it just Gamma?

Yes, good cooling can slow down the wearing process, but you can't stop it.
You can only mine Silver via Gamma app, but I'd go mining some ETH or other crypto if you have good GPU(s) & cheap electricity 🙂
