Consistent with what many others have mentioned, replacement keycaps (or couple of special keycaps such as Razer's A and E to replace the ordinary A and E, as well as THS logo to replace the windows key) would be really nice! Hopefully those 3 keycaps come separately in every keyboard? the Razer fan would have a choice on which keycap to use.

I will say that I personally don't like the new font, I don't think it'll suit the keyboards as well as others say they do. Because it looks so plain, and standard, it'll feel like Razer has lost that "cut" from the norm, and I don't want that to happen.

And. Razer mechanical keyboards have switches which are compatible with all Cherry MX compatible key caps, so go nuts.

It might not be like "we spent two years creating this font" but more like "we iterated over several different in-house font designs before choosing the best one, that process took two years". Most of the time the final product is not ever close to the starting point.

I do like the idea of the redesigned A and E keys to match the current Razer Logo font. I also wonder if there will be a option to buy just the keycaps for those of use with the older versions.

I was thinking the same thing!
And yes, Razer should be proud about the new font :)

The lower Case r is so it doesn't look like the Capital A
  8. Love the idea of swapping out the Windows logo for the THS, but everything else seems like a great way to confuse the hell out of people, particularly non-gamers. Especially the E.

The new font might be clean and simple, or plain as some of you might call it to be. However, bear in mind that the new Blade Stealth is created to market towards every users out there from non-gamers to usual-gamers. The end user could be a company director or an e-sport gamer who uses the keyboard. For me, I'm quite fond of the new minimalist font design.

I think with the blade stealth, Razer is trying to target a bigger audience than just gamers and to do so they need to have a cleaner font for the keyboard as well as keyboard that isn't only green backlit. The blade stealth is one heck of a notebook.

Replacement keycaps is an awesome idea. They've already shown that they're okay with allowing you to "dismantle" the keys with the "ENHANCEMENT KIT". I'd love it if they did do this.

I'm gonna grab my calipers and pop one of my BW keys off and see how much it would cost to 3D print some custom keycaps.. I'll post my findings here :)

I measured my Scroll Lock key, and created a very basic model and uploaded it to Shapeways. http://shpws.me/LsyA (the model is available for download on the Shapeways page)

The cheapest I can get it is around 4 dollars for this single key printed in white plastic.

XD I don't know if this will fit correctly the profile of each key changes depending on the row of the key. This means that the height of each key really matters for some keycap profiles. Have a look at this. I think Razer's are like Cherry/OEM:

Yeah, Razer uses a design that's compatible with all Cherry MX key caps from what I've read and seen
