The input lag is crazy. My L1 does not always register

Update : fixed it by resetting the controller. Much better.

I received my yesterday and after 3 or 4 games started to do the same issue, I updated the firmware to the last available and stayed the same.
I reset the settings and the problem disappeared, I made 2 or 3 more rainbow six games without any problem with the stick on the right side.

1 - Make de update to the last firmware
2 - Reset the definitions in the app.

    I hope it helps...

I tested today for about 5 hours and the lag presists.

I reset the app seven times and rebuild de database of the PS4 nothing solve this problem.

    Hi,
after the reset, has improved, but continues with a lag and a deadzone that is impossible to play.
At the moment I am playing DS4, I got in touch with the support and they gave me an exchange option, when I get the next one if it is good, great, if not, I'll ask for a refund.

How do you reset the controller?

Under the command next to button M4 has a hole press with a toothpick or a needle and it does the reset, do this process after doing the update.

Mine got worse after resetting it.. It's almost like it reverted the firmware update.

Only helps as a temp fix. Issue returned since yesterday.

Yes the issue is back. I tried it wired yesterday and it is working great but as soon as I switch to wireless it is bad.

Hope there is a fix soon.
