Did the fixes not work for you, or is still an issue for you? If so, I'd recommend starting a thread in the support forum about it so that the staff handling support could try to help out. Another way to at least get the information into the correct hands is to use the "Feedback" option via Synapse and send in as detailed of a report of the problem as you can.

I received a new Controller from razer, because of the stickdrift, but this new one has the same issues as the previous one.
Doesn't matter if wired or BT mode or, with or without firmware update. Same strick drift again.

You don't get money back,, i asked but received a 200€voucher for buyin a new one or other product in the store.

I got It at my local store I Norway, they have a 50 days return policy so if its not a fix by then I'm going to return the controllers :) But I really hope they can fix it by then, what to use them.

They keep asking for Serial number and if we have tried that and that. They know what's wrong so do something to try to fix them. Getting pretty sick of this by now.

Ha a great one. MimmieT !

For me the same story, first had a days during mail conversation about S/N's and firmware etc. After 2 weeks we are so far to ship the controller back, and now after almost a month i received the new one yesterday..
Happy like a child in a candy shop, but unfortunately the new controller didn't work as the previous one.

It is impossible to play a proper game of CoD with these controllers. I perform better with the std DS4 controllers.

I hope Razer can fix this very very fast.
They advertise as this is a new revolution in pro-gamer world, but this is very misleading in my opinion:

"REEDOM TO MOVE. POWER TO CONQUER.
The Razer Raiju Ultimate is the wireless PS4 controller that allows advanced customization via our own mobile app.
    "

    "BLUETOOTH & WIRED CONNECTION
The Razer Raiju Ultimate is our first controller to feature both Bluetooth and wired connection. Enjoy total freedom gaming wirelessly whether at home or at your best mates’, and simply switch to wired gameplay during a tournament for that extra assurance. The choice is yours.
    "

These are terms which can't be met at this moment.

Seems like we are not the only ones, I have been reeding a lot of forum's and all of them gets the same treatment.

    S/N and firmware etc.

I can understand the joy u felt for a moment there ! I have bought the TE end Ultimate Edition in hope that one of them who'd work properly. but no luck there !

@Dekades -- Any idea if there will be any future fixes for this or what these guys can expect? I'm not up to date on what's happening with this controller and it's software.

@Magicsidd & @MimmieT -- Hopefully Dekades will be able to give you guys some more information, at the very least he would know who to talk to in the company and have the right connections with people. :)

Tried updating the firmware and the update said I already had the latest one installed.

Resetting the device (Razer Ultimate) made it better for a bit, but it came back after a while.

It's not just drifting, sometimes it does some really harsh movements out of nowhere. It almost feels like there's a buffer of smoothing values or something that gets built up over time and when it hits a threshold it's directly applied and boom - you're turned 90 degrees to the right and find yourself shooting into a wall.

The gamepad is brilliant otherwise though! But a proper fix would be muuuuch appreciated.

That's the main issue almost everyone has with the raiju ultimate. They keep silent about that. Instead they try to make exchange it. To receive a new controller with the exact same problems.

Could it be that the gamepads update loop is frame dependant and not time dependant, because that would cause issues if it locks every now and then. Or maybe it is time dependant and you're doing acceleration calculations with time deltas.

My ramblings will probably not make it to the devs, but I can't help it. =P

@kajira @Dekades Have any of you heard anything? (Hi btw, I'm new around here.)

Hi guys, I ordered the Razer Raiju Ultimate as a birthday present and have been using it for a little bit now. Whilst following forums; refraining from posting, but instead waiting for a solution. Despite knowing there was going to be issues due to all of the forum threads, I decided to give it a chance as it seems like a pretty legit controller. However, the main thing I noticed even after the firmware update was the latency and when moving the right thumbstick in particular - it would just slide across on the screen in a delayed motion. Been playing mostly Black Ops 4, but this issue continues to persist; leading to some annoying gameplay. Also with Red Dead Redemption 2 coming out this week I’d like to think that this should have been fixed even before both these class A titles were released. I have been patient as many other users also. But in FPS it’s incredibly annoying and I want to be able to enjoy the games without my crosshairs sliding with a big delay over the enemy I’m trying to eliminate. I am a long time user of Razer goods, with endless products I use for my pc as I primarily played on that, but I’ve wanted to merge over to console for a while and try other things out. I’m really excited for Red Dead Redemption 2, as I have been for Black Ops 4. And I just want this controller to work. I ensure Razer won’t let us down especially for a £200 controller - @Dekades so what’s going to be the solution for us so we can use the Razer Raiju Ultimate how it’s intended? It seems to be a software fix, but the question is when?

Hello Razer-Team, i received my Razer Raiju Ultimate last week.
I updated it with the newest firmware and my L3 stick goes slowly up and R3 goes towards the right.
Other than that the Controller is awesome, but it wont let me aim straight in shooters.
Very annoying for such a high priced product !
I think a deadzone setting in your app would be a solution and higly appreciated.
    Thanks and greets from switzerland.

People have been waiting for weeks if not months including myself and yet nothing seems to be progressing in fixing these problems.

Razer just constantly ask for serial number and that help is on the way and then do nothing but exchange it for same controller with same issues.

When will they realise we actually like the product but it dosent work as intended in the slightest and that they should tell consumer when a new firmware will be released.

The firmware update made things slightly better but it still didn't completely fix the latency and drifting of the Raiju TE... We need a new and solid firmware like NOW.

As i updated the firmware, the hairtriggers were finally working.
The drift on the sticks is still remaining.
I dont know if i should send the Controller (Ultimate) back or wait for a new firmware.
The sticks are simply too sensitive in comparison to a dualshock4.
I mean it shouldnt be that hard to fix this, atleast let us know if your working on it.

This is what is frustrating everyone. It's been weeks now and no one is any the wiser what is happening after the first firmware which did nothing. I don't even think they have acknowledged there is a fault yet?!?

Razer need to come out with a statement or post or anything that says what is happening with the firmware for this controller especially as there are so many people with so many issues and they continue to sell it which just makes this whole thing a vicious circle.

Why not fix the product first?!?
