Phone number is not for free, but there is a chat option. Will try to contact them tomorrow. Still...from all the obvious choices they could take to choose the least plausible feels like sabotage to me. As if their return policy is designed to be as stressful as possible.

Ok? Here in Sweden there is a free landline nuber to call for a free pickup at Fedex.

Like I said, Fed Ex is not really a thing here in Germany. It's probably the last company that comes to mind when one wants to send packages. But I guess Razer has a contract with them so here we go. Oh btw. the Raiju arrived via DHL, if you were wondering...

Yeah, same here in sweden... the nearest "drop/pickup-point" is like 80km from me here in Stockholm at Arlanda Airport. The delivery was handled by DHL here as well. So i should be glad at they offered a free pickup for my broken Raiju then.

Same issues as everyone else. I won't be buying another Razer product after this experience. Not because of the problems, which I think will be solved, but because of the way Razer has handled this situation. It seems like the problems affect almost every single controller, yet they can't really acknowledge it.

Not really. And when I told them that they just said I should send it back.... It's such a disappointment! I'm really considering sending it back so I can get a refund and I'll buy the astro C40...

Lets all hope that when the actual v1.02 of the firmware comes out, it will be much better than the beta and has eliminated all the stick drift. I dont care right now for the bluetooth connectivity problems, that can come with a later update, can we at least play with the controller? can the stick drift disappear? because right now its completely unplayable, its been a month since i got the controller, others are waiting for 3 months now, can something change please?

I tried the new beta firmware today and can say that the BT lag and many other issues almost disappeared.

But there is one conclusion I came to regarding the stick drift on the right analog when you tilt it to the right.. it IS A HARDWARE issue unfortunately .. to prove my conclusion, anyone with the controller can try to slowly tilt the right analong in the right direction, you will notice that even after tilting it will still not make any moves until suddenly it will start to move in game. Unlike when you tilt it to the left direction. In the left direction, the gap between the tilting( you moving the analong) versus the actual movement in game differs from the right direction. I can be 99% sure this is a hardware issue. I regret to say that it is pointless to wait for a patch because a patch can never fix this hardware issue. And this also explains why until now the drift issue is not solved, because if it was a software issue, I am 100% sure that the employees in razer would have fixed it in a matter of days..

    TL;DR
The drift issue is due to HARDWARE and not software.. which can only mean it is pointless to wait for a patch..

Its not a hardware issue, it couldnt be a hardware issue. If u press the profile button and switch profiles you will notice that there is ALWAYS some kind of unresponsive movement attached with it. Try it. Aim right and left fast and start pressing the profile button and u will notice it.

Im a software engineer and i have written code for many kinds of hardware, the drivers dont exist, u dont put something into a USB port and it starts working, it does nothing, u have to write code that uses the signals that it sends, u have to translate its functions. Thats why it cant be a hardware issue. If it was then propably it would be a memory problem and that still can be fixed by altering the drivers all together. Something overflows when it comes to the right stick. If it was a hardware problem then the beta wouldnt have made it better, the stick drift was much worse before, software cant fix hardware issues, if something isnt working then it isnt working so for it to get better it means its software. My guess is they used the old raiju drivers, altered them a bit and fucked the controller up. If i could bet my money on something, it would be that.

  17. I have this issue with mine (picked it up today), the right stick feels strange and i cant aim properly when playing BFV compared to when using the stock ps4 controller. I checked with the app and i have firmware 1,0,11.

Its like its got a 50% "deadzone"(it moves but dosent have a smothe transition) Then if i move the stick more its superfast. not consistant at all, and my aim is all over the place.
And yes ive tried to change every setting in the game. And i cant get it to feel right...

The input lag is comparble to the stock controller.

Real shame the overall feel is very premium.

I have sent a question to razer support, and i hope there will be a fix for it soon!

I've updated the original post and I'll bookend the thread here as well.

The firmware has been updated to a newer version, but it's currently in beta. If you are experiencing issues, start a thread in the support forum and someone will assist you. Thank you.
