Raiju Tournament Stick Drift
Can anyone please give me the 1.04 update to fix this? My controller is unplayable and I've had no help after contacting support.

Yes and it didn’t fix it.
I have tried everything they suggested and ive called and live chatted and they always say they will email me eventually. I’ve been waiting and waiting and I never get any emails back.

I was hoping the 1.4 update could fix it because of some posts I read on the forums. But if it’s a RMA i need, i will call support again and specifically ask for that this time. Thank you for the info, that’s more than i got from support!

1.04 is for the new raiju ultimate gen. They changed the hardware. The new gen comes with 1.04 firmware installed. The frist gen of the raiju ultimate Has 1.03 firmware. But in your case the unit is faulty and needs to be replaced. Try the rma process, you will receive a unit with 1.04 installed most likely.
