Razer “BlackWidow” Problem USB Cable defect Hardware fault

Product: Razer “Black-Widow” Ultimate Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Problem: Hardware part – USB connector main to PC is defect – not working properly

I would like to submit my problem regarding above mention product. For the last two months, I am facing problems with the main PC connection USB cable pins, which sometimes during working refused to recognize and break the connection.

I tried my best to check, but it seems to be a manufacturing fault inside the USB pins connector. This causes the problem of disconnecting the device (Keyboard) from the PC system.

I had brought this issue to the Razer Support team and hoping to get the best support and help.
