Razer 14 (2021) - Need Help With Boot after Dual Boot Uninstall

BACKGROUND:
I recently did a dual boot for Windows and Ubuntu - it was successful.

After a few days, I didn't end up using the Ubuntu OS as much as I thought, so I removed it. Along with the OS and partition, I removed the GRUB bootloader that comes with it.

The uninstall worked and it loaded into Windows, but there's a small issue.

ISSUE:
The boot into Windows is taking longer than normal.

Before the dual boot process, when I'd power on the laptop, it would show the Razer logo, and it would immediately go into the Windows login screen (est. time ~2sec). It didn't even have a chance to show the "circle dots".

After the dual boot process, it would now take longer to boot into Windows and it shows the "circle dots" (est. time ~5-7 sec).

Obviously it's not that critical (7sec instead of 2 - boohoo!), but the problem solver in me wants to fix this issue.

THINGS I'VE TRIED:
1. I even tried doing the "Reset my PC" method to its factory reset but that doesn't work.
2. Tried to fix the bootmgr even after I removed the ubuntu option.

I feel it's something with the boot record.

I just want it to go back to it's "instant" boot.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
