RAZER 15 Advanced 2020 NOT BOOTING WITH BATTERY ONLY WHEN PLUGGED

Computer boots perfectly when plugged with the charger. The battery is fully charged, and it is detected. however when the computer is not plugged it won't boot at all.

already tried all the common troubleshooting steps, but no luck. any ideas what could be happening?

Looks like a defective battery. Did you already try the steps here? If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other workarounds to help you address the boot-up problem of your laptop.
