Hello! I have a Razer 15 Advanced Model, and recently the battery stopped holding charge. The laptop functions normally when plugged into power - but dies immediately when unplugged and the battery info says "0% available (plugged in). I have tried to troubleshoot by deleting the ACPI battery drivers and restarting - as suggested in this thread: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393/~/the-razer-blade-battery-is-either-not-charging-or-not-detected
But no luck.
My model is outside limited warranty and I'm not eligible for any free tech support sadly - any tips from others would be greatly appreciated!

Did you already check the charging port for any debris and dust? Does the power adapter show a green light when plugged in? PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model and look for other steps that may resolve the charging issue.
