Razer 15 extra m.2 slot

I bought an extra m.2 since the 15 supports it. took the laptop apart and there is a cover you take off. when you put in the extra m.2 the cover won't work anymore. so the extra m.2 is just plugged in and hanging there is no way to screw it in because it is right over the factory m.2 and the new m.2 is ends right over it.

Assuming your unit is 2021 advanced, there’s some issue regarding installation secondary ssd. This thread might be useful, if it doesn’t sit well you apparently have to do some modification, like one of post reported on the thread.

That actually just helped me with one of the questions I'm trying to sort out. Getting closer to being able to make a decision for an M.2 expansion for the Blade 15 I'm supposed to have in tomorrow.
The Blade 15 uses T5 M2-3.5L type screws and you would need a Torx 5 screwdriver to screw them in. For the Razer Pro 2017 they use M2-3.5L which can be found here.
