Razer 15 Won’t connect to wifi


Hello,

Ever since yesterday, June 6th, my laptop won’t connect to my internet. Sometimes it appears as it is connected and shows “internet access” but none of my apps or websites load and if they do they just say I have no internet access. Sometimes where the internet bars would be, a symbol resembling a globe shows up saying I have no internet. I know this is not an issue with my internet as the Xbox, phones, and tablets in my household all connect to the internet no problem and run very well. I have had my laptop since around October 2019 and this issue has never occurred. I wanted to know what help I could possible get as I’ve been trying to fix the issue myself but I can’t seem to find anything to fix my problem. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I have the same experience here. It says that my wifi capability is turned off. I've been searching for the switch for hours now and my laptop is basically unusable at this point.I tried contacting support but I still haven't received a reply.
Same for me, been trying for 3 days now and nothing. I just find it weird since it happened so randomly and my other devices aren’t having any issues at all.

starting to regret purchasing all these RAZER gadgets...
after sales support sucks, product sucks, warranty sucks...
i wonder how much they pay the reviews for giving them great reviews? maybe a razer sticker? or an outdated mouse with no support at all....
