Razer 2020 4K freezes in games

Hi everyone,

I have got a new Razer 2020 RTX 2080 Super 4K laptop because my old Razer died as I mentioned on this forum.

I have got a very strange issue. Video games work very very slow.
For example, Witcher 3 works with 5FPS on 4K and 20-30 in Full HD.
3D mark shows that the laptop with RTX 2080 Super MQ has the same performance as a regular office laptop.
The first thing that I thought was is that Integrated Graphics is used.
So, I chose a High-Performance adapter in Nvidia control panel and Control Panel (latest windows update suggests changing it there). But it didn't fix the issue.

I tried to experiment with different driver versions (using GeForce Experience) - same.
I tried different system reset and going back trying on Win 10 1909 and 2004 and still same.

The only thing that sometimes make it work is Uninstalling the device. After it, the device gets installed and I can open video game and it works super fast. But, once I reboot laptop, it goes back to super slow mode.

Does anyone know what may be the cause?
