Razer 7.1 surround failed
Hi friends, I recently bought my Kraken X razer and today I went to activate my 7.1 surround sound and when I try to log into the app it says "No authentication found" what should I do?

Have you registered your device? Try to uninstall Synapse and the 7.1 surround sound app and ensure to remove all the junk files. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device, along with the email address associate with your Razer ID and a screenshot of the error message. Save it via GDrive and paste the link to your PM.
