Razer 7.1 Surround Sound Makes My PC Unuseable Help

around a month ago i got a razer kraken x and in the box came a code for 7.1 surround sound i thought it was cool, i used it every day until today whenever i turn on my pc and surround sound starts my keymapping on my mouse and keyboard change to something random for example: double clicking on a desktop exe instread on opening the exe it would go to the exe properties the reason why i know it isnt another application because when i turn on my pc i get around 30 seconds before the issue kicks in so what i did is in that time was go to task manager and disable surround sound from startup and restarted my pc and now it works fine, i deleted surround sound and reinstalled it but that just brought the issue again so i deleted it, It would be nice to have 7.1 surround sound because it makes the audio sound so much better, another example: all the keys on the alphabet and the keys 0-9 dont work when this issue happens when i try to type nothing happenings, when i try using the windows key it just starts up Microsoft office, every key is mapped to do something else please help
