Razer Account and Razer Streamer Program Acceptance accounts seperate

When I recently got my newest Razer setup (Kraken, Naga Trinity, Tournament Ed. Cynosa,) I realized that it wasn't the account that my previous Insider, Affiliate, & Streamer program registration had been on. I was registering on my gaming pc which I wasn't aware had a old Razer account I hadn't used for anything on it, at least I think. I didn't know of multiple accounts and only thought I had one, but I can't find anything on my previous program involvement.

Is there a way for me to link the accounts if they where separate? I will be going through emails to be sure, but I would like to get everything on one account for obvious reasons. If this is not an option, could I get my previous program participation reestablished under this account. I wouldn't mean any lost Razer Currency, just have it so I am able to participate actively in those programs once again from this account?
Please let me know, it is appreciated, and I would only be in this situation except I had an accident where i suffered a traumatic brain injury that caused memory damage. I have reached a place where I can still be active again, but regaining some lost memories is more difficult and in progress.
