Razer Advanced 2021 15" Secondary M.2 Slot

Greetings,

I was hoping someone might explain the rationale for the placement of the retaining screw for the secondary M.2 slot at the less common 60 mm length instead of at the more common 80 mm point.

Is there some motherboard limitation that drove this decision or is it more-or-less arbitrary?

If it is arbitrary, is there any chance of either exchanging the default plate or purchasing a replacement plate that has the retaining screw at the 80 mm mark?
