Razer Anzu Smart Glasses - Design Discomfort - Improvements for Production

I have the Razer Anzu Smart Glasses. I also wear prescription lenses. The Anzu glasses is great. Except prolonged use hurts my ear because the handle or arms of the glasses that curve over the ear is really thick. Unnecessarily designed too thick. Did this skip testing for prolonged use?

At some point, this will cause pain, like wearing something tight for too long that it will eventually cause discomfort and slight pain. The arm is very thick and if you compare to normal sunglasses or glasses, they are made way thinner. I understand why production might have made it thick because the arm containing the tech is thick and you can't make a sudden thick to thin transition for the arm that goes over the ear. Please correct this mistake, it hurts the ear because the arm is too thick over the ears. Production, please test and wear the glasses for an hour or so and you'll start noticing the discomfort. As result of this, you can't wear the glasses like any normal glasses long term as prescription lenses because of the discomfort it will cause.

Please make the arm that sits over the ear a lot thinner. Compare design with natural shades/glasses design for comfort.

Thanks,
Al
