Razer Applications not opening
Hi, recently I was trying to start up Razer Cortex and Synapse, but neither would open. I tried to reinstall, but the file would open my cmd and then my mouse icon (I forgot what it's called) would have a loading icon and then would just stop. I tried to uninstall to reinstall, but still nothing. If someone could help, it'd be appreciated.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this in our Support thread. By the way, have you checked whether your anti-virus or firewall is blocking your Razer Cortex and Razer Synapse? If the issue persists, please clear the files inside this path C:\\ProgramData\\Razer\\GameManager\\ServiceSettings.xml and restart Razer Synapse.
