Razer Atheris disconnects from time to time

I have white Razer Atheris mouse and it disconnects from time to time taking my bluetooth repro with it offline. Other black Razer Atheris mouse that I have doesnt make it so I think the white one is rubbish. It is under warranty almost four years yet so not a problem to return it and get it fixed or replaced I guess. On dongle even the white one works fine so in case u have issues with bluetooth, the dongle is an option.

Any option how to fix my razer Atheris?

Does it the same on other PC?
If yes, RMA it.

Sounds like a faulty one but usually you would know if you have a faulty device within the first week to 10 days or so, but you say you've had it 4 years which puts it out of warranty status for the most part I would say since most if not all Razer mice are 2yrs warranty tops.

Just buy an Orochi V2 White Edition which pretty much replaces the Atheris Mercury Edition you have (I have one also of the Atheris Mecury Edition but mine still works as of 11/01/2021). You will be more than satisified with the Orochi V2 White Edition to replace it since its basically the successor to the Atheris on open/public markets.

Amazon typically will sell the White Orochi V2 for cheaper prices for the most part, and if the price is higher at a Best Buy store, typically you can always get Best Buy to price match this for you given it says "Sold by Amazon.com and Ships from Amazon.com" of course, that's pretty much their only stipulation for their "Price Match Guarantee" deal with Amazon's prices on anything in their shops.

The Razer Atheris Mecury Edition is quite collectible now as it seems to be no longer produced/made since apparently the Pro Click Mini technically replaced it. I would keep ahold of it! People will still pay big for the older Razer products that are no longer produced even if it can only be used in 2.4GHz Dongle mode!
I have it month or two. Using it just week or two. Warranty left is more then 4 years.
Other mouse doesnt display state of batterries so is probably faulty too.
Ok I fixed other mouse, just needed put batterries in and out. So black one is ok, just white one is definetely rubbish.
Hmm. Seems the issue is elsewhere. Probably some incompatibility after update of bluetooth driver. It started doing same thing with other mouse and on other computer it makes no problems yet with thia mouse. Think I need find way how to roll drivers back. Wouldnt be easy because it is kinda long since when I updated them.

I agree on this suggestion. Rollback the update and wait for another update. Create a ticket as well from Razer Support.

@Karlaz05 Why not just buy the Orochi V2 White Edition like I suggested to replace the Atheris Mercury Edition? Its far more superior in a few aspects to the Atheris ;)

They are on sale for $50 at Best Buy AND Amazon right now so I would take them up on this offer because its unknown when it will end!

P.S. I bought the Orochi V2 Strike Edition because these are apparently made in limited quantities unlike the White/Black models and seems that the Strike Edition Orochi V2 was made for Best Buy stores exclusively.
