Hello there, I own a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. The sound is really bad on the headset, everything is muffled, can't hear footsteps at all ( not even mine ). I also tried Windows 10's spatial sound setting Off \ Winwdows Sonic for Headphones but it had no effect that I could notice. However I've found a fix to the muffled sound, I just had to kill krakenhelper.exe process and everything sounds normal. At the moment I've disabled the process at Windows Startup but I'm not sure why disabling a thing that Razer provided as default ( without option to change or desactivate ) ruins the quality of the sound like that. Is krakenhelper.exe any good? Does it have any purpose other than ruining the quality? For you guys who use Wallpaper Engine killing krakenhelper.exe process will allow you to use audio responsive wallpapers ;) . [IMG]
