While using my mouse, I was having issues of 'Right Click Double Registry' and so I sent it to the 'Acro Engineering Company' for warranty claim. It's been almost a month since I've sent in my mouse and they have recently reverted saying that my mouse is out of stock. They are offering to replace it with the HyperSpeed version (which is without the RGB lighting) at an additional cost of Rs. 200.
Since I have no additional utility for a wireless mouse without RGB lighting and as it is still under warranty, please explain to me why I should pay extra?
The only other alternative I have been offered is to wait indefinitely if and when they ever have my mouse back in stock.
