Razer Basilisk lighting not fuctioning properly in Apex Legends.

I have my mouse lighting settings set to spectrum cycling for all games. Yesterday, for the first time, my mouse lighting was not working. Instead of cycling through colors, while playing apex legends the mouse colors would do one of three things. Either there are no lights on at all, they are solid red, or they appear to be trying to cycle through, but at an odd speed and the mouse wheel and Razer logo do not switch simultaneously like they should.

I have tried deleting the software, restarting my computer and reinstalling, but that did not work. Anything else I can do to fix this issue?

While I am not in the game, the lighting works the way it should.

Hi, @johnpdickerson! Let me help you out with this. Can you send me the serial number of your Razer Basilisk through PM? Make sure to add the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.

So, I think I actually figured this out. I'm pretty sure this is caused by the game taking over control of the lights of my mouse. I have noticed that the lights are synced up with the sound in the game. Is there a way to turn off this feature in synapse?
Try to launch your Razer Synapse and go to the Connect tab. If you are unable to see the Connect tab, go to Synapse tab, then click on Modules sub-tab, then try to install the Chroma Connect module. Once installed, restart your Synapse app then go to Connect tab then disable Chroma Apps. Let us know how it goes.

If it doesn't work, please send us the screenshots of your Razer Synapse app through PM. Make sure to include the link of this thread. Let's continue from there.
