HI guys this is my 1st thread here i am facing an issue actually two issues regarding the razer basilisk the first one is that the mouse button 5 which is fwd thumb button in simple words is not working which i have emailed about. other than that no issue i love the mouse its amazing never felt anythings like this before but the mouse button is not working its bummer lol. i have tried uninstalling mouse drivers, unplugging, mapping diff functions, tried on other pc(first no luck then it worked on other pc for a while again same issue). Today when i booted up my PC after a few days as my PSU was bad i replaced it and booted up the PC its was working fine i was happy that the old PSU was delivering 3.7v to 5v rail and I thought that was the problem but turns out that new PSU delivers the same I was like what? was using HWINFO and then used HWM and that was showing 4.9v so the older PSU was also fine! and the reason is something different.

I think that's enough explanation about the 1st issue. Now, lets move to the 2nd one, i don't know exactly but in my opinion the on mic profile chip use some kind of storage right? and when i turn on my PC my PC goes beep beep beep beep its not codded or anything because its almost 40+ beeps 4-5 beeps per second lol. The bios checking is causing the and is don't know what i am looking for in the bios to solve this problem it just beeps every time but boots works fine!

These are the issue i am facing kindly Help me if you can!

Thanks!

Hey! It would be nice if you can plug your Basilisk to a different PC. This way you can properly ascertain if the issue would still persist. Please make sure to update me via PM and include the device's serial number as well. Let's continue there.
