mine is a basilisk but it might effects other mice
add a macro in your current profile with a delay.
eg..
---
mouse1 down. 0s
mouse1 up. 0.5s
key K down. 0.2s
key k up. 0.2s
---
assign it to any mouse button and use any playback type(i use play while pressed)
open mspaint and draw a line using the assigned button
return to synapse 3. click the user icon ->exit
return to ms paint and draw a 2nd line (this is using the onboard macro)
do they look the same
it seems the mouse firmware cant HOLD an action for the specified delay.
the button is pressed and released very quickly, no delay

this is my first razer product.
i contacted support but they just keep sending me auto generated solutions
maybe other mice with onboard storage are affected?
