Razer Basilisk (Quartz Pink) Not Being Detected By Windows or Synapse

Hello! I do hope I can get some kind of assistance here, because I've been lost for months on this issue and would love to have a functioning mouse again.

Background: I bought a wired Razer Basilisk off of Amazon in June 2020 to accompany my new PC build, and everything went well with setup and product registration. It's working fine, but sometimes a few connections issues around August/September as I used it more. However, on October 28th, 2020, it just completely stopped working. No detection on any device at all. No detection on Synapse 3. No RGB either.

The closet thing to this issue I can find is this Reddit post from two years ago, however, the issue was most likely solved within the user's DMs.

Anyway, now it's January 2021, and just to check in on it and see if it decided to cooperate, I plugged it in again. But this time, it automatically installed Synapse, something it didn't do previously, so the mouse is still clearly alive.

So, after all this, what can I do to fully resurrect this mouse?

January 26, 2021 1:29PM EST Edit: Okay, for some reason, a good ol' accidental drop had it activate again, however, last time this happened it only lasted 15 minutes, and right now we're at the 9 minute mark.
January 26, 2021 1:43PM EST Edit: Passed the 15 minute mark, now at 23, so I guess it fixed itself?

1:50PM: As of right now, it seems like the only way to get it to work again is to hit it? That doesn't seem good for the long-term and extremely inconvenient when working or playing games, so this problem is sadly NOT RESOLVED.
