Hi, I've just bought a new Razer Basilisk Ultimate to replace my old Lancehead Wireless. But I can't make Razer Synapse recognize my mouse, wireless or wired on my Macbook Pro. I can't customize my extra buttons (back, foward, etc...) to make them work. What should I do?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Basilisk Ultimate's concern here. By the way, are you using a dual boot OS in your Macbook Pro? Your Razer Basilisk is Razer Synapse 3.0 compatible device. That's the reason why it is not detected in your Macbook Pro since macOS is only compatible with Razer Synapse 2.0.

So Mac users are abandoning? Synapse 3.0 is not for MacOS. My 170$ mouse is working like a basic mouse now?

Apologies for the inconvenience. However, that's our software's limitation at the moment. We still support legacy devices that are compatible with macOS. Moving forward, all new products will be supported exclusively on Synapse 3 for Windows.
