Razer Basilisk Ultimate doesn't work with newest Synapse Update

Hi,
I have a problem with the newest version of Synapse 3 (3.7.0831.082915) I updated on 10th Sept. 2022 and after the update my Basilisk Ultimate won't work while wireless. It connects for just a second and then disconnects immediatly. I have to connect it directly with the USB Cable in order to use it.

Please hotfix this or is there a workaround available? Is there a way to install the previous Synapse 3 Version?
I am using Windows 10 Pro 21H2. I tried restarting my PC but nothing changed.

Everything was working fine until I updated Synapse.
Please help.. I can't do shit without a mouse

My razor basilisk ultimate works just fine on the newest synapse. I've had to continue use it with all of my problems with the Basilisk V3 pro.

Dunno mine works just fine. Still using the standard dongle hooked into the dock. Works without the dock as well. You can install the v2 legacy version of synapse and see if that helps. There is also a downloadable driver for the basilisk ultimate that i installed before trying to use it again and it works just fine with synapse 3.

I manually updated the firmware of my ultimate but it wont work. It keeps disconnecting.
I also reinstalled synapse but the Problem remains. Legacy is already installed but only for my headset that still uses synapse 2.

It might be a problem with the dongle and not the actual mouse. Did you launch the manual firmware update with the mouse connected to the dongle? If you had it connected wired it might not have updated the dongle firmware (If it does. I did the update completely wirelessly.) But i've been abusing my Basilisk ultimate for like 3 years. I hope they can help you if nothing else works.

I updated the Firmware while it was connected wirelessly. Was a pain in the ass because of all the disconnects.

When connected wirelessly my Dock w. Dongle shows up in synapse as it should, only my mouse doesnt. If I make any input or movement with my mouse it connects, shows up in synapse and disconnects a second later.

My Blackwidow ultimate works fine wireless tho.

UPDATE:
I tested my Basilisk Ultimate with my Razer Blade and got the same problem. I realized that my mouse turns off and on all the time when the cable isnt connected. I believe my Mouse really broke just as the update installed.
I'll write a support ticket and hope this can be resolved. I still got warranty.

I just bought a brand new Basilisk Ultimate (just in case) and I am experiencing the exact same issue.
This has to be a Software Bug. I reported it to Razer Support. Hopeful that it get fixed soon.
