Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless not working

The Razer Basilisk Ultimate Wireless feature is not working. When I plug the mouse in with the cable it works but if i connect it with the dongle the pc detects the usb but not synapse. Synapse can detect my chroma mouse charging dock and the mouse when wired but wont detect it wireless I uninstalled restart install or simply just uninstall and reinstall and nothing seems to work. When I try to update the mouse firmware it stops at 40% then cancels the update I don't know what to do please help

There is a good chance that you have a faulty dongle. Do you mind sharing a screenshot of how the mouse appears on the Device Manager when on wireless mode, along with the serial number?
