Check thickness of your mouse feets (especially if you're using hard mats), maybe some side is wearing faster, than other one, causing wobbling.
Mine Basilisk X Hyperspeed doesn't do this (the same shell design, I have some newer batch: 52 week, 20 year), but I found, that on mine - right mouse feet is shining faster, than left feet (on cloth mat).

It really depends on your play/using style, and mostly on the surface that you're using under the mouse.
Hard surfaces can literally eat mouse feets within months of using.
On cloth pads it doesn't worn that fast - it just polish the skates, making it shiny.

But if mouse was bought through directly at Razer - I'd contact Razer support.

Holy hell. I've had my Basilisk V2 for about a month now (bought from Best Buy) and just now did a left click on mine in the same way as the gentleman in the video did and it does, in fact, tilt slightly upwards in the same area! I have small/medium size hands and palm grip. Now that I've seen that mine does the same thing, I can't unsee it!
