I just got a brand new Razer Basilisk gaming mouse a few minutes ago - plugged it in, and installed the software however while doing so, ever so often my mouse cursor keeps freezing but then I move my mouse cursor again which then moves the cursor. I have tried calibrating my mouse to the surface I am using (not a razer product) and although it made a slight difference, it didn't stop the issue from occurring all the time.
Like since I have been writing this post, this issue has occurred probably 7 times, which should not happen to a brand new product I have been using for minutes.
If anyone knows how to fix this or what setting I need to change for this to stop happening, please let me know as this issue can get quite frustrating considering I just bought and used the mouse!
Did you ever find out how to fix it? Mine was doing this and I ended up moving the USB charging cable to another port. Now it works without freezing but not without being plugged in all the time to the wireless mouse. ???
