Razer Basilisk Wireless Not Working

After a good night's sleep I noticed that my mouse doesn't work at all when wireless and isn't detected by Synapse when I plug the dongle into ANY computer. I've tried on 7 different machines by now. It still works when wired, but what's the point of an ULTIMATE name for your product when it cannot accomplish one of its main features - working while wireless. The weird part is that I get an audible signal when I connect the dongle, but the mouse doesn't respond whatsoever.

I have tried all of these steps, none seem to have helped:
- Restarting my PC;
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling (as admin) Synapse 3.0;
- Updating Synapse 3.0;
- Repairing Synapse 3.0 through apps & features;
- Removing Synapse 3.0 files ;
- Deleting %temp% files;
- Updating/Reinstalling OS;
- Connecting the dongle to the PC itself, as well as external hubs, as well as the mouse's own charging hub;
- Charging the mouse (it's always above 80% when I've tested the dongle);
- Removing all other wireless devices, as well as turning the router off;
- Resetting the device on Synapse;
- Updating using the special firmware updater (process stops at 40% and restarts), it also has the mouse's current firmware as blank.

What else can I do? Is it completely broken? I heard that the dongle is unchangeable, so are there any options to fix this somehow?

EDIT: The issue has been going for months, I am desperate for a fix at this point :eek_:

I got the same problem bro, razer basilisk x hyperspeed. But for me my pc recognize the mouse and auto-download the driver for me, and the DPI light is working. Everything is perfect except my cursor just refuse to move.

I just tried the pairing utility, but it fails - didn't expect it to work either way at this point...

Updating using the special firmware updater (process stops at 40% and restarts), it also has the mouse's current firmware as blank.

If this is true, then I think there is an issue with the firmware flash memory in your Basilisk.

You have to be very delegate when updating firmware on PC BIOS also. You have to make sure the computer is always ON during the update. If the BIOS update fails in the middle of the procedure, it can cause a damage that prevents further BIOS upgrade.

If it is a damage to the flash memory or hardware side of Basilisk
Need to wait for RAZER official support to advise.

Still no fix for this, also tried to re-pair the dongle to the mouse using Razer's tool, but it fails too.

Have you tried using the dongle on a different computer as well? Have you seen any physical deformation on the USB dongle? Do send me the serial number of your Basilisk Ultimate via PM. That way, I can look for other possible solutions. I'll pick it up from there.

Let's isolate the issue of your cursor by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your Basilisk X Hyperspeed via PM. Let's take it from there.
