razer basilisk wont charge with the cable
i cant get my basilisk ultimate to charge with the cable only with the dock , super inconvenient

I see 2 options here - cable not all way in into the mouse or something wrong with the USB port in the mouse.
If I charge with the cable, I can fully charge it. If you can charge but only to 55%, then the cable should be fine. It might be a battery issue?
