Hello.
The Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse does not connect via a usb adapter at a frequency of 2.4, while this bluetooth connection works, but naturally with slowdown, in comparison.
I read the instructions, removed the synapsis, installed, updated, rebooted the laptop. DOES NOT WORK!
I bought a new mouse, no more than 2 months ago, and already there are problems with it! What to do with it? Thank you.
