Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed - often stops responding

Hi,

I bought this mice just a few days ago and I am using it in the wi-fi mode only because bluetooth is unusable because of the lag. However when I don't use the mice for a couple of minutes during any activity (browsing, documents, gaming) and then grab it to use it again, the cursor often doesn't move and the mice seems to be dead. Sometimes the green "middle" button blinks but still no reaction. Restarting it (switching the button to OFF then back to wifi) doesn't help. After some two more minutes it starts working again without any action from my side. What can be done to remedy this?

PS.: the laptop shouldn't have any issues, I also bought it brand new along with the mice (asus tuf gaming a17).

Thanks,

Michal

The same issue for me, but when I turn it off and on again, it came back to life. It happens randomly. Anyone could help?
Hello, I have the same problem, the mouse disconnects out of nowhere and the light begins to flash as if looking for the USB.
Yeah same I have the same problem is there anyone that knows how to fix it or do we just refund it??
(Lmao It just happened right now)
same Problem here
I am copying my reply to one of you guys who messaged me: Hi, if you mean the mice going off randomly for two minutes or so, then no, I didn't find a solution, however the problem stopped occuring by itself. I had an ASUS TUF Gaming A17 laptop and first I had this issue rather often and then it occured less and less often. Now I have the Lenovo Legion 5 for the last 10 days and I think this problem didn't occur yet. However, I don't recommend you leave this to chance. If you can, you should probably return the mice back. If you cannot get a refund anymore, I recommend you wait a few weeks and see if the problem improves. If not, then you should sell the mice on e-bay or something like that in your area. I kept mine because as I said the problem stopped. The weird thing is I didn't do anything to solve it...
I've the same problem. I'm using bluetooth mode
