Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed RMA stalled for three months!


I submitted a ticket for a right click issue on my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed on March 18, 2022. I have complied with all tests that Razer has requested me to do. I have provided all proof of purchase and have my device registered.

They asked me to write the ticket number on a piece of paper, place the mouse on it with the serial number facing the camera and send that picture through the case...kind of a proof of life sort of thing I guess.

I have had to chase them for movement on this as it would get stalled for a week or two through out March 18, 2022 and now.

I don't know what else I need to do to get attention to my ticket as the following things don't seem to work:
1) They gave me a link to live chat to deal with it. The link is broken.
2) I reached out on the Razer FB page. They responded and asked me to reach out via messenger. I did that. They said they would look into it. It's been silent since then.
3) I created a new ticket to ask about the first ticket. They closed it without doing anything.
4) I have shared my story on my FB page to ask anyone else for suggestions for how to get ahold of Razer.

I just now noticed this forum, so I am hoping I get some movement now.

If anyone has suggestion for how to get this RMA moving, please let me know.

I guess my follow up question is: Is this an acceptable level of service? Am I right in wanting quicker than 3 months action?
