Razer BlackShark V2 mic issues

Hey, So I have a razer kraken 7.1 v2 and I recently bought the razer blackshark v2 as an upgrade because my kraken headset is having issues here and there but everyone i've asked has said the mic quality is a very obvious downgrade, i'm just wondering how and why that is since looking at the specs would say otherwise, is there possibly some settings i'm missing that I need to turn on? Any help is good thank you

Use broadcast preset or search for customizable settings , there isn't something else to do unfortunately.

Can you tell me more about the issues you are dealing with the Razer BlackShark V2? Have you tried adjusting the audio settings of your headset in the Razer Synapse 3.0?
