Razer Blackshark V2 Pro - Firmware Factory Reset

Hello everyone,

Just bought a razer headset like a month ago and has been working wonders using it stock as it was with the dongle.

But last saturday decided to boot up razer synapse, the sofware decided to do an update and since that update the signal has been cutting off constantly even if I move more than half a meter off the dongle, I use a laptop and even typing this email gives interference and the signal cuts off. Everything was working amazing before the update (I even could move a few meters to the kitchen and stilll hear without an issue).

Someone knows how to factory reset to the old firmware?

I can't even bend my neck because the headset keeps disconecting. And this issue has been happening with 3 different laptops.

Does it have the same disconnecting issue without Synapse in the background? Fix the issue by following the steps on this page. PM me the serial number of your headset if the problem persists so I can verify its model and look into a firmware-specific solution.
