Hello,

When you say speakers on the left ear cup is loose, does it mean like its making rattling noise or like its moving inside the ear cups?

If so, if its in the warranty period or replacement period go ahead and get it done at the earliest.

the speaker itself isn't loose it's the power on/off button that is loose and makes sound when walk or shake my head just a little, the button makes it sound like the speaker is loose but it is not. and i just got the headset so i have warranty on it. It's hard to explain 😛

Ah i understood now, but like you mentioned the Power ON/OFF button should not be loose on any of the headphone/peripherals. If it is then its definitely an issue and you should get it replaced ASAP buddy.

I have contacted support and waiting for reply, it feels a bit weird that the headset it self isn't to cheap and if this is a common thing on them it's really bad by Razer

I have the same problem and was asking myself the same question. Just contacted support and I'm getting it replaced asap. Really hope this is not the case with every headset. I'm also a bit worried about it.
