Razer Blackshark V2 Pro Synapse3 Mixer problem

Hi, I recently bought a new headset- Blackshark V2 Pro and since i plugged it in the mixer tab in Synapse 3 was not working. I tried everything- reinstalled the app, uninstalled other apps that could collide with Synapse, browsed in the Windows sound settings, searched on the internet for a solution and even contacted support (6 days ago, still no answer).
If you had this problem or know how to fix it please help me, because I cant do anything without the THX

If you link any games on synapse delete them.That should solve the problem with mixer and THX.That's how I solved problem.Try it.

Try removing all game by going to the detail page and see if this restores the mixer functionality.

Oh man Im so grateful to you. I tried everything besides of deleting the game, in my case it was also the GTA V. Thank you so much for help and for such quick response

Is everything okay now?
Yes, everything is okay. The only problem is that it doesnt recognise Spotify as a music app but its a small thing.

Hey I'm having a similar problem, I will have MW open but the application will be greyed out instead of being "available" to change setting for.

I uninstalled synapse like a fully clean install and that seemed to fix it but after a shutdown it started again. I have also unlinked any games like you said but that does nothing for me. I have a paid of Razer Kraken Tournament Edition.
