Razer BlackShark V2 THX Spatial Audio no longer shows up.

So I bought the BlackShark V2 Pro headset back in the end of November of last year and loved it. At some point there was an update with Synapse 3.0, but every time I tried to update it failed for some reason. Even Repairing it did not work. well I figured all I needed to do was uninstall then reinstall synapse so the update would take and sure enough it did.

Here's my problem, ever since I updated the software the THX Spatial Audio Input disappeared from my audio list. I've reinstalled synapse multiple times and it still hasn't come back. I ended up buying the THX Software you guys provide thinking that downloading that would fix it but all it did was create a THX Spatial Audio for my desktop monitor speakers. I'm glad now that I can use the THX software on my desktop speakers, but I would really love it if my headset could go back to being able to use it as well.

I've tried looking for my issue on the forum hoping there was a fix, but couldn't find one.
