Razer BlackShark v2 X Not Working

Hi everyone,

I plugged in my BlackShark v2 X into my laptop headphone jack, but the thing is, I can't hear anything at all and I can't use my mic. In fact, it's not even showing up on my list of audio devices. How can I fix this?

my problem is the mic makes me sound like a robot. i also just bought them
I have the same problem. Microphone is so low volume that nobody can hear me. My other cheap headset worka well with my computer.
Hello I found an answer:
1. OPEN DEVICE MANAGER,
2. PICK YOUR REALTEK DEVICE DRIVER,
3. CLICK UPDATE DRIVERS,
4. LET ME PICK DRIVERS FROM MY PC,
5. INSTEAD OF INSTALLING REALTEK DRIVERS PICK DRIVERS COMPATYBILE WITH HI DEFINITION AUDIO,
6. INSTALL DRIVERS AND RESET COMPUTER,
7. IT WILL WORK.
