Razer Blackwidow Chroma disconnecting.

    Hi there,

    I've been looking at getting the Razer blackwidow Chroma for ages now and recently I finally bought one however I've been experiencing a huge amount of issues over the few weeks I've had it. Frequently the keyboard will disconnect, all lighting will turn off and none of the keys will work for a few seconds and then re-connect. Other issues have been things such as lighting on the wave setting will just freeze in place. It seems to be something wrong with razer synapse, my drivers installed or just my keyboard has a fault. However, I want to diagnose what's actually wrong so I can fix it as I love the keyboard and it's what I've wanted for months.

    To note, I have razer synapse 2.0's latest update as well as the razer blackwidow chroma driver installed (I checked on device manager). My keyboard is plugged into 2 USB 3.0's and the audio and microphone jacks in the rear end of my computer, I moved the usb's over to 3.0 because I experienced the same issue in my 2.0's. I can list my specs if that would help. It's really frustrating to have problems with a keyboard worth this amount of money to be having these problems.

    Just to clarify, my keyboard isn't the razer blackwidow chroma v2.

    Try and bring this to Razer Support. I have the BlackWidow Chroma Stealth Edition and everything seems to work just fine so far ;o
