Razer Blackwidow Chroma 'H' key led broken

Turned on my keyboard today and found that the 'h' key cannot display any colours using the blue led range, reds and greens work fine. Restarting computer, disconnecting and reconnecting the keyboard, closing and opening razer synapse have all had no effect.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blackwidow Chroma's concern here. Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different computer without Razer Synapse and see if the issue persists? Also, please sign in using a dummy or guest Razer Synapse account and see if there's a difference.
